I provide a unique combination of understanding the land use code (essentially what can be built on a piece of property), the ability to prepare market analysis, appropriate due diligence and accurate budget/proforma preparation. I assist clients in determining what can be built, what investment will be required and what the projected return on that investment will be.
My experience includes numerous real estate product types, primarily multi-family, plus a mix of office, retail, hospitality and industrial. I’ve worked on both new construction and redevelopment projects.
Since late 2002, I have lived in Tucson developing my own multifamily infill projects and providing real estate investment advise and consulting services for a number of individual private investors and larger companies including: Pathway Developments, Waterstone/Grow Homes, Diamond Ventures, The Stanley Group, Veradus Partners, Richmond American Homes and Quintess.
Prior to Tucson I lived in Phoenix working for Intrawest, a ski and golf resort development company. In particular, I worked as the Development Director for Storied Places, Intrawest’s fractional real estate division and oversaw the development activity for At Nature’s Door in Whistler, British Columbia and Tonopalo on the banks of Lake Tahoe, California.
My education dates back to the early 1990s when I received an accounting degree from the University of Kentucky and a master’s degree in management and marketing from The Ohio State University.^ Return to the top of the page
